Every additional supplier between the mould and the finished part is another variable, another handover and another week of lead time. We keep tooling support, moulding, machining and finishing on the same site.

—Moulding. Six injection moulding machines with variable tonnage and shot weight.

—Machining. Four CNC machines and three lathes for drilling, tapping and slotting.

—Special purpose machines. Dedicated SPMs for specialised production runs.

—Finishing & dispatch. Laser printing, packing and direct dispatch to customer dealers.
